DMP at Number 39

plus John-Dennis Renken Duo

Tuesday 30th April 2019 9pm

Tonight will be a bit of a special one with cutting-edge jazz improvisation from two very highly regarded musical acts.

The incredibly talented Dave Morecroft (World Service Project) is returning to Number 39 this evening with a very exciting new project 'Fall-Out' using drums, keyboards and visuals. Like the aftershock of a catastrophic event or the shattering end of a brutal relationship, Fall-Out seeks the calm within chaos, journeys through slowly unfolding narratives and stimulates our nostalgia, our desire and our fragility. The Roman trio is already making waves across Italy, both on and offline.

Fall-Out are three of Europe's most esteemed improvisers come together to premiere this project for UK audiences, combining sound art, video, free improvised music with influences of minimalism, shockwave electronica and an unforgettable, immersive experience. The players are Dave Morecroft - keyboard/electronics, Marco di Gabarro - drums/electronics and Simone Memé - video/visuals.

You can find out more and watch videos on the Fall-Out Facebook page.
