Logan and Manley
Sunday 28th April 2019 2:30pm
It's as welcome return to Number 39 for Terry Logan and Chris Manley who will be serenading you with some excellent tunes this Sunday afternoon.
Whilst travelling back to her roots in Guyana, singer/songwriter Terry Logan picked up a little guitar called Freedom. Inspired, she began to write about her human experience in a way that is simple, poetic, and full of soul. On returning to the UK Terry met up with prolific guitarist Chris Manley in which she found her musical soulmate and fellow humanitarian.
Their style merges soul, roots and reggae which results in music which is alive, organic and celebratory. They use loops of vocals, guitar and drums to create an infectious and captivating sound which will add even more bliss to your Apple & Cheese Sunday.
"I feel if we all started our mornings listening to a song by Terry Logan the world would be a better and brighter place!" - Salena Godden, British poet
