Uzi Listening plus...

Teri & The Electric Blues Parade

Saturday 2nd February 2019 9pm

Tonight we welcome for the first time to Number 39 Uzi Listening and as an extra bonus playing in support we are most pleased to see the return of Teri & The Electric Blues Parade.

Uzi Listening

Uzi Listening are a five-piece instrumental band based in the Rossendale Valley where they got together in 2012 and committed to be "an antidote to covers bands". Since then they have been busy playing their own material in the form of "darkfunk-progpsych-bluejazz" and have recently released their first full album.

Check out the Uzi Listening website where you'll find links to Facebook, YouTube and more.

Teri & The Electric Blues Parade

Featuring the wonderful vocals of Teri which are very ably backed DMP's Gary Ward on bass, the most capable Tom Vernon on guitar and keeping it tight we have the magic of Tony Harrison on drums. The band play some of Teri's self penned songs alongside some more familiar tunes. Psychedelic blues, dub soul and flowered funk!

Regulars will be be familiar with all these great musicians so no excuses for missing what will be a great night but if you've never seen the band before take a look at Teri & The Electric Blues Parade on Facebook.
