plus The Banned

Sunday 8th October 2017 2:30pm

This week's Apple and Cheese Sunday will be graced by the chilled and melodic presence of the exceptional Woski from Manchester. We will also have a support act, more details to follow.

Woski's line-up are Hari on acoustic guitar & vocals, Marty on lead & acoustic guitars, Steve on keyboards, Helena on backing vocals and Wiz on percussion.

Woski play authentic original mellow psychedelic alternative acoustic Rock and Americana, think "A Horse With No Name" by America and you'll be in the right ballpark. This promises to be a Sunday afternoon where you can blissfully drift away on cool tunes and harmonies assisted by a pint or two of Real Cider of course!

Take a look at the Woski Facebook page where you'll find links to videos and sound tracks.

Playing in support are Darwen based musicians, 'The Banned'. Influenced by Dylan, The Beatles, Oasis and The Who Gaz, Rick and Cath will be playing some rockinig and catchy tunes and maybe some originals.
